The Youngbloods were a folk-rock group that issued many critically acclaimed albums in the late 1960s and early 1970s, first on RCA Records and then on their own Raccoon label. 'This Is The Youngbloods' is a "best of" compilation that was originally issued as a two record set on RCA Records in 1972.
It encompasses all of their best RCA material, including their big hit 'Get Together', plus Youngbloods classics s.a. 'Sunlight', 'Ride The Wind' and 'Darkness, Darkness'. This specific incarnation is making its worldwide CD debut.
