Here is a contemporary version of the Syl JOhnson classic, produced by Jah Fingers, that references the glories of the past, with Gemstone tackling the vocals and the great Ranking Joe on the deejay counteraction. Recorded with the players of the Roots Defenders band, one of Italy's most reliable reggae units, the tune was fleshed out by contributions from BDF's Iaki Yarritu on keyboards, Jonah Dan from Alpha & Omega on percussion, Petah Sunday on horns (responsible as well for the mix), and Jah Fingers himself on guitar.
