Toyah's first full length studio album in fourteen years is a contemporary rock album with its roots in glam rock. The 10-track album is written by Toyah Willcox and Simon Darlow, long time collaborators responsible for Toyahs 1980s singles 'Rebel Run' and 'Don't Fall In Love (I Said)'. 'Latex Messiah', 'Heal Ourselves', 'Sensational' and 'Lesser God' all have accompanying videos created exclusively for and viewable on The Official Toyah YouTube Channel. The title of the album is a tongue in cheek reference to her husband, Robert Fripp's King Crimson's platinum-selling album 'In The Court Of The Crimson King'. This album has previously only been available on CD at concert performances. 'In The Court of The Crimson Queen' is written & arranged by Toyah & Simon Darlow. Simon also handled production duties for the album.
