'Alice's Restaurant' is one of the most iconic statements to emerge from the late '60s US counter-culture. Some of Arlo Guthrie's earliest performances of it were taped for broadcast on Bob Fass' late-night 'Radio Unnameable' show on New York's WBAI-FM in 1967. This set collects three of those performances, including two rare renditions of the free-form 'Rainbow Roach' version, and comes complete with background notes and images.
