At last available on CD, it's the long shelved solo-album by Tennessee-born outlaw country musician Billy Stoner, recorded back in 1980. Each song on the album tells a piece of Billy Stoner's troubled life story. F.i., the first single, 'River Gang', is about a little import company, while 'Lookout Mountain' lays out some family history. Billy dedicates this album to Benny Thurman of The 13th Floor Elevators, who was a beloved member of his extended musical family. Players featured on this CD include Jemima James and Shenandoah, also known as Arlo Guthrie's Band.
