Back on vinyl at last, here is a highly rated LP, originally released by US label Tumbleweed in 1972. 'Abyss' basically is a folk-rock album, often piano driven, but the late Robb Kunkel also brought bits and pieces of f.i. jazz and baroque pop to the mix, with delightful result. This remastered reissue, released in a run of 600 copies, is presented in a gatefold sleeve and includes an 8-page book with unseen photos, and liner notes by Sarah Sweeney.
