KOLDBRANN give their dedicated fans a taste of things to come with their third single "Totalt Sjelelig Bankerott". This remains true to the tradition of the Norwegian cult act to release singles or split EPs in between albums. Their last full-length "Moribund" dates back to the year 2006 and saw the band establish themselves as a major force in the Nordic Black Metal underground. Yet right from their founding by singer Mannevond (URGEHAL, NETTLECARRIER) in the year 2001, KOLDBRANN was never limited to small audiences. The Norwegians performed at prestigious festivals such as Inferno, Summerbreeze and Party.San and toured with MARDUK, ENDSTILLE, MAYHEM and CARPATHIAN FOREST among others. Now KOLDBRANN are ready for the next step: "Totalt Sjelelig Bankerott" allows a glimpse on a matured sound and songwriting that remain suitably harsh and truly Norwegian but add a strong melodic groove and appeal that will attract fans of WATAIN too.
