GOREFEST appeared on scene when death metal started to devastate the heads of thrashers and metal fans all around the world, also among 2 big names in the british grindcore scene: Carcass and Napalm Death. With their great debut "Mindloss", a primitive, brutal and basic grind and death metal piece, the band helped to build the genre in the continent during the early days. Lyrics full of gore and an unusual speed, made GOREFEST a reference for many bands. This release also includes their 2 previous demos "Tangled in Gore" and "Horrors in a Retarded Mind".
