Welcome to Soulful Awakening's Chakra Crystal Bowl Forgiveness Meditation. (See testimonials below) The purpose of this Chakra Crystal Bowl Meditation is to help you raise your vibration by opening up your chakras (energy centers), which then in turn releases stuck, old beliefs on a cellular level, bringing you to a higher level of consciousness as you connect to the Divine. The sounds of the Chakra Crystal bowls are a form of vibrational frequency, which validates that everything in the universe is in a perpetual state of vibration. The frequency at which a person most naturally vibrates is called resonance. A body is in a healthy state of being, both emotionally and physically, when each cell, each organ, and each emotional thought creates a resonance that is in harmony with the whole being. It is best to listen to this meditation through speakers so the vibrations resonate your entire body. A positive intention is always set prior to the start of a meditation. When you hold an intent, you call forth the actual consciousness of the Universe and therefore have at your disposal all the intelligence contained within. Couple this with faith and trust, and the Universe will put all the pieces of the puzzle together to bring the intention into fruition. As you listen to the harmonic sounds of the bowls, you will find yourself releasing into a state of relaxation. Each person experiences the vibrational sounds in their own unique way, depending on where they are on their soul journey, what kind of a day they are having and what is needed in that moment. Each time you listen to this meditation, you may discover something different. You may experience an 'Aha' moment or moment of clarity, …or a past hurt that comes up asking to be released and let go. As the bowls play, we are given a message from our guides and a visit from an Animal Totem. At the end of the meditation, Donna Sica will share with you what totem came up and what message was received while the meditation was recorded. Keep in mind you may experience your own messages and see your own totem based on where you are in your soul journey.
