The blending of bossa nova and jazz with an unparalleled experimentalism made the Tamba Trio the key group to emerge out of Brazils new Bossa Nova scene at the start of the 1960s. The young genius composer Luiz Eca leads the group on piano, and his arrangements of tracks like "Boranda", "Berimbau" and "Consalacao" are stunning!
