The darkness of the soul that unfolds on IMPURE WILHELMINA's sixth full-length 'Radiation' feeds on many sources. Although the Swiss band started out on a post-core flow, the members have since drifted -slowly but steadily- towards more rock based territory. At times the music brings to mind late-era Katatonia and Tiamat, largely due to the sublime melodic elegance. But beware: the band may also embrace dissonance and raw emotions.
